After the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, the Government of India has banned all Pakistani artists. His social media accounts have also been blocked. Along with this, 16 Pakistani YouTube channels have also been banned in India. Angered by this action, now Pakistan has also banned Indian songs.
Pakistan has stopped broadcasting Indian songs at its FM radio stations on Thursday, 1 May. This information was given by Pakistan Broadcasters Association (PBA) General Secretary Shakeel Masood himself. He said, ‘PBA has closed the broadcast of Indian songs at Pakistani FM radio stations across the country with immediate effect.
Pakistan Information Minister Ataullah Tarar has appreciated the decision of the Pakistan Broadcasters Association (PBA). In a letter to PBA, he said, “This patriotism inspired step of PBA is very commendable and it shows the collective feeling of the whole country.”
He also said that banning Indian songs at FM stations in Pakistan is a symbol that we are united to strengthen national unity and protect our values in such difficult times.
Let me tell you, Indian songs are very much liked among Pakistanis. The songs of singers like Lata Mangeshkar, Mohammad Rafi, Kishore Kumar and Mukesh are especially popular. Not only this, his songs were broadcast FM radio stations here daily.

The Pakistani celebs restructing in India include Mahira Khan, Hania Aamir, Ali Zafar, Maya Ali, Aayeja Khan, Sajal Ali, Ikra Aziz, Sanam Saeed. Please tell that Mahira Khan, Ali Zafar, Sajal Ali have worked in Bollywood. Sajal Ali played the role of his daughter in Sridevi’s film Mom.
