The first meeting of the Municipal Corporation House was started at Gurunanak Bhavan on Friday. After about 10 minutes, Leader of Opposition Shamsunder Malhotra, BJP councilor Rohit Sikka demanded the mayor not to release the agenda on time and demanded that the proposals of F&CC be placed before the House.
