Although Punjab singer, former minister and MLAs Vhis Premol Gagan Mann has been withdrawn his resignation from the position of the MLA, but they have been relieved from the question and rejection committee since the year 2025-26. Now Rajpura’s MLA Nina Mittal has been nominated for the rest of the committee for the rest of the time.
The procedure of the Assembly states that the action has been conducted by Speaker under the Rule of 183 of Speaker by the rules of the Punjab Vidhan Sabha. At the same time, Nina Mittal has been nominated in the work of precious Gagan Mann at the currently. Similarly, MLA Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal has been nominated in another committee.

Let us say that on 27 June 2025, Tarnaran MLA Dr. Kashmir Singh Sohal had died. This was due to a seat in the trade committee. The Speaker has performed this action under the Rule of the Vidhan Sabha 180 (3).
