How is the acting of Star Cast?
Parmish Verma has put his life in the role of Nimma. From his innocence to his change in the world of crime, he has shown his change in a great way. This can be called one of his most influential performance ever.
Arunoday Singh’s character Sarabjit is strong, who is on screen with his dangerous style. Ranveer Shorey and Mohammad Zeeshan Job have also done full justice to their roles. The performance of Jasmine Bajwa and Adar Malik has also been good, but his characters have not been given much depth.

How is the direction?
Chandan Arora is directed. He has shown Toronto of the 90s very well, which makes the audience feel connected to that period. The flow of the story is fine, but in some places the speed slows down. Cinematography and production designs are great, which makes the atmosphere look even more realistic. The length of the series feels a bit more. Some characters could be better raised. In some places the speed of the story slows down, which reduces the thrill slightly.
How is the music of the series?
The series has a special place to Punjabi music, which further depths the emotional aspects of the story. The songs seem impressive in the voice of Parmish, the background score suits the mood of the story.

Series final wordict, see or not
If you are a fan of migrants conflicts, crime-thriller and emotional stories, then you may like Canada. Parmish Verma’s acting and a brilliant depiction of Toronto of the 90s makes it worth watching. However, slow speed and long period prevents it from becoming perfect.
