Amid heavy uproar and sloganeering, Home Minister Amit Shah on Wednesday introduced three controversial bills in the Lok Sabha, under which the Prime Minister and Chief Ministers could be removed if they are arrested for 30 consecutive days. The opposition has claimed the bill as harsh, claiming that the government will use it to destabilize the opposition -ruled states through arbitrary arrest of ministers and chief ministers. Copies of the Bill were tore in the Lok Sabha and thrown towards Home Minister Amit Shah.

Politics has intensified regarding this. BJP MP Anurag Thakur said that whom is the opposition opposing, morality or corruption? After all, in Indian politics, if we talk about resignation on morality and against corruption, and then talk about making laws, then why does the opposition oppose it? Today the fight is clear. Who stands with the corrupt people- the opposition; And who is free from corruption- BJP. Such actions in the opposition and Parliament have embarrassed democracy and have also shown that the opposition stands with corruption and is ready to go to any extent to save the corrupt.
LJP (Ram Vilas) MP Shambhavi Chaudhary said that the opposition never wants to discuss any bill. When they get a chance to speak, they throw paper on the face of Union Home Minister Amit Shah, that too inside Parliament; Then what is the difference between them and criminals? It is very shocking. BJP MP Ravi Kishan said that I strongly condemn it, the opposition has crossed the limits of hooliganism. He threw paper and used abusive language … I have never seen such a scene before. I condemn this behavior.

BJP MP Aparajita Sarangi said that the people of TMC were creating a ruckus in Parliament. Along with him, members of the Congress and other opposition party were also sitting on their seats and creating uproar. We go to creative work in Parliament. If the Home Minister of the country has brought a bill, then it is our duty to listen to them… We condemn such behavior. As soon as Shah was proposing to send the Bills to the Joint Committee for investigation, Trinamool MP Kalyan Banerjee and other opposition leaders tore copies of the bills and threw them at the Home Minister. In the pictures, pieces of paper were seen falling with the minister. However, Banerjee refused to tear off copies of the bills. At present there is no provision to remove an existing minister if he is accused of serious crime.
