Defense Minister Rajnath Singh said on Wednesday that Operation Sindoor has taught India the importance of information and cyber war in today’s era. He emphasized the need to make his infrastructure even stronger. Addressing the first three-service seminar in Mhow, Madhya Pradesh, the Defense Minister described self-reliance as “ultimate essential” and said that there is still a long way to go, although India has made a lot of progress on this path.

Rajnath said in this program that Operation Sindoor has taught us the importance of information and cyber war in today’s era. He appreciated India’s indigenous defense equipment during Operation Sindoor against Pakistan and said that its success has given India a roadmap for self -sufficiency in the defense sector.
He said that Operation Sindoor has emerged as an excellent example of the success of our indigenous platforms, equipment and weapons systems. Its achievements have once again underlined that self -sufficiency is an ultimate need in the coming times. We have definitely made remarkable progress on the path of self -sufficiency, but still we have to go a long way. He said that today in the world, whatever country decides the battlefield, the same controls the game and its rules.
