Taking seriously the continuous complaints of illegal excavation of mineral gravel at Malhargarh, Bilheru and Bhedka Ghat of Mungawali assembly constituency, Union Communications and North Eastern Region Development Minister and local MP Jyotiraditya Scindia directed the administration to take immediate action. As per the instructions of the Union Minister, the District Collector and SP team reached the spot on Sunday and took strict action and seized 7 dumpers, 3 Poklin machines, 2 tractor trolleys and other equipment and stopped the illegal mining.
This action shows that the Union Minister takes prompt action as soon as information about any irregularity or illegal activity, including sand mining, comes to his notice. This action has given a clear message to the illegal mafia that their double engine government of Madhya Pradesh has adopted a policy of zero tolerance against illegal activities and any kind of irregularity is not acceptable.
Union Minister Scindia has always been committed to the welfare of the people of his constituency, transparency and law and order. In this particular case, the people of Mungawali raised their grievances and grievances, and in keeping with their belief, Scindia swiftly directed the administration to take action.
