Bangladesh’s overthrow Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina was formally prosecuted in the case of crime against humanity on Thursday. The International Crime Tribunal (ICT) has prosecuted Sheikh Hasina, accusing him of crime against humanity. The allegation was leveled in connection with a large -scale rebellion last year in which hundreds of students were killed. According to the news of ‘Bedinuse 24’ news portal, Mamun has accepted her crime and filed a petition to become a government witness in the case. According to the news, only Mamun is in jail. The remaining two accused – Hasina and Khan – will be prosecuted. Last year, Hasina moved to India on August 5 after the Awami League government was overthrown. In the International Crime Tribunal, Bangladeshi prosecutors had formally accused Sheikh Hasina of crimes against humanity in June this year during public rebellion in the country last year.
