Jaggu has been sent to Amas under the NDPS Act. Gangster Jaggu Bhagwanpuria Police has been sent to Assam with the help of an airplane. However, sources say that Jaggu was very threatened in Punjab jail, due to which this action has been taken. However, no official statement has been revealed about this.
