In Pakistan’s disturbed Balochistan province, extremists shot nine passengers from Punjab on Friday and shot them. The officers provided this information.
Assistant Commissioner of Jhob area of the province, Naveed Alam said that the incident took place on the national highway in Jhob area. This bus was going from Quetta to Lahore. Armed attackers first saw the identity cards of the passengers and asked nine people to get off the bus and shot them and killed them. Alam told that all these people were from different parts of Punjab province.
“We have sent all the nine bodies for post -mortem,” he said, this is not the first time that extremists have targeted the people of Punjab province and passengers of buses passing through various highways in Balochistan. No organization has taken responsibility for the attack.
Meanwhile, extremists also carried out three terrorist attacks in Quetta, Loralai and Mastung but Balochistan government spokesperson Shahid Rind claimed that security forces thwarted these attacks.
In his report in Balochistan media, the extremists attacked several places in the province during the night and targeted security posts, government establishments, police stations, banks and communication towers. Rind confirmed the attacks but said that there is no news of any casualties in any of these incidents.
