These personnel had earlier agreed

According to the information, the first six policemen – ASI Mukhtiar Singh, Constable Simranjit Singh, Constable Harpreet Singh, Constable Balwinder Singh, Constable Satnam Singh and Constable Amritpal Singh, which all the Crime Investigation Agency (CIA), Mohali had made consent and made statements to undergo the polygraph test before the interview. Later, Sultan Singh Sangha, a lawyer of the said policemen, told the media that a senior IPS officer of the ADGP rank was present in the court at the time of passing the order and his clients had agreed to the polygraph test under pressure. Sangha said, “There was no lawyer with the policemen at the time of registering their consent before the court concerned.
