I barely ran away after saving my life. After this video, Indian officials immediately took action. Embassy officials, who were already in contact with the team, arranged for safe transfer from Pokhara to a safe place in Kathmandu. Most of the rescued people have now returned to India, while arrangements are being made to bring the remaining members back.

The Indian Embassy has also activated the emergency helpline and is working round the clock to provide assistance to other Indian citizens in Nepal from its control room in Kathmandu.
