Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will discuss port based development, urban planning and cooperation in sports at the international level on the second day of his five -day visit to Singapore.
According to the press release, Naidu will hold a meeting with Singapore Business and Industry Minister Tan C Lang on Monday morning, in which he will hold talks between Singapore and Andhra Pradesh on cooperation in energy, science, technology and industrial areas.
The release said, “On the second day of the five-day visit to Singapore, Naidu will hold meetings with several organizational heads, including representatives of the Singapore government, in which he will discuss urban development, sports and port-based industrial development.”
The Chief Minister will meet the representatives of the ‘Airbus’ company after which he will hold talks with the officials of ‘Honeywell’ to discuss the cooperation regarding technology. Naidu will participate in a ‘business round table’ on “skills to efficiency, accelerating workforce changes’.
Students of ‘National University of Singapore’ (NUS), ‘Nanyang Technological University’ (NTU), ‘Singapore Management University’ (SMU) and ‘Singapore University of Technology and Design’ (SUTD) will participate. He will meet Simon Tan, Chairman of the ‘Evervolt’ company and discuss the green energy and battery storage solutions, after which he will visit the ‘Singapore Sports School’.
