Which was investigated by the Vigilance Department and during the investigation, evidence also came out against Balwinder Singh Naib Tehsildar Sardulgarh who was posted as Kanugo at that time. Those who were named accused in the trial and arrested.
The vigilance department has also named the illegal owners of this land in this case. Because of which, by acquiring the ownership of the land of Shamalat, loans of lakhs of rupees have been obtained from the banks on this land.
In this regard, the Vigilance Bureau has registered a case against the accused under the Prevention of Corruption Act and the Indian Penal Code at the Police Station Range, Bathinda and initiated further proceedings.
