Wheat flour 1 cup
Jowar flour 1 cup
Gram flour 1 cup
Ragi flour 1 cup
Curd 2 cups
Fenugreek Chopped 2 cups
Ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp
Green chili paste 1 tsp
Ground red chili 1 tsp
Ajwain 1 tsp
salt to taste
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Asafoetida
Oil 2 tbsp

First of all, mix all the flour in a big vessel for kneading the dough. Mix curd, little oil and spices in it and add water to it. Knead it well after adding water. After kneading, grease it with oil and leave it for some time. After some time, make balls of the kneaded dough according to your desired size. After making the balls, take a fry pan and heat it on the stove. Now roll out the balls of multigrain flour in round shape. Make it like roti. But follow a slightly different rule than roti on tawa. Make theplas in the same way as Paratha is made. You kept pouring a little oil along with the thepla on the griddle and kept cooking it. You increase the flame slightly to make it crispy.
