Balwant Singh Rajoana, Senior Advocate Mukul Rohgi said in the Supreme Court that Rajoana has been in prison for more than 29 years. This person is spending death sentence for 15 years. So when the petition was filed, the court has not been filed by the court, not he has filed the petition but does not make a petition. It should be considered. The court had said that it was done so much time, never will have to decide on it.
