Bollywood veteran actor Paresh Rawal recently spoke on his experience with Vidu Vinod Chopra. He said that Chopra started ignoring his early friends after reaching the high level of career.

In an interview to Lalantop, Paresh Rawal said, “Vidu Vinod Chopra is the person who ignored those with whom he started with his success.” He was referring to the time when he was offered the character of Baman Irani in ‘Munna Bhai MBBS’.

The actor further said about this, ‘I was going to do’ Munna Bhai ‘. We were talking about fees and I was in my mind that I want 1.5 million. Vidu offered the same, but the way he said ‘I will give you 15’, I did not like it. I demanded 50 lakhs and decided that I will not move away from my demand now.

Subsequently, Paresh played the same role in ‘Shankar Dada MBBS’, which was the Telugu version of ‘Munna Bhai MBBS’. Apart from this, he also played an important role in the film ‘Sanju’, which was made in the production of Vidu Vinod Chopra.

Paresh Rawal said, ‘This was not just a question of money, but was of Tamiz and respect. If someone will talk well with a hand on my shoulder, then I will also do a film for one rupee. But if someone shows ego, then I will not do a film despite getting crores of rupees.

Let me tell you, Paresh Rawal recently worked in the film ‘The Storytellor’. In the coming time, he will be seen in films like ‘Housefull 5’, ‘Bhoot Bangla’, ‘Thama’ and ‘Hera Pheri 3’.
