On 18 February 2025, the accused took him to Hotel Shiva located in Nabi Karim area of Delhi, where he made a physical relationship with him. Later, when the marriage promise was not fulfilled, the victim lodged a complaint.
The victim has also confirmed her allegations in a statement recorded under Section 164 of the CRPC. During the investigation, the police have also recovered medical documents related to abortion from Muzaffarnagar.
High court rejected bail plea The Delhi High Court had already rejected the bail plea of the accused. Subsequently, the police arrested Sanoj Mishra (45) from Ghaziabad on 30 March 2024 on the basis of technical surveillance and intelligence.
Police investigation has also revealed that the accused is already married and lives in Mumbai with his family. At present, the police is investigating further.
Victim bid- Director threatens suicide The 28 -year -old woman said in the complaint that in the year 2020, the film director was identified through social media platform tickets and Instagram. At that time she lived in Jhansi. There was a conversation between the two for some time.
The director called on 17 June 2021 and told that he had reached Jhansi railway station. When refused to meet social pressure, he threatened suicide. She went to meet her in fear. The next day on 18 June 2021, the accused again called. Threatened to commit suicide, he called him the railway station.
After Monalisa left Mahakumbh, Sanoj Mishra reached her house with an offer of the film.
Rape by feeding intoxicating substances, also made video-photos The victim says that Sanoj Mishra, accused from Jhansi, took her a resort. Here he was raped by feeding intoxicating substances. The victim alleges that Sanoj also miscarried three times. Left him in February 2025. He threatened that if he complained, pornographic photos and videos would put on social media.
