A case of death of a 20 -year -old young man from Mohali in the Ship (sea ship) of the Merchant Navy in London has come to light. He joined the Navy as a cadet. Officials of the Merchant Navy say that the young man has committed suicide by hanging on the ship, while the family is suspicious.

That day he had a conversation with his son on a video call and he looked perfectly right at that time. The deceased has been identified as Balraj Singh. When the family reached Mohali with the dead body, they conducted a post -mortem in Mohali Civil Hospital, so that the real cause of death could be clear.
Suicide was reported on phone on 16 March
The father of the deceased told Vikram Singh that his son had gone to Singapore on 7 December, from where he left for London riding on a ship. On March 16, he had a conversation with his son at five in the morning. He spoke 15 minutes on the video call. Whereas in the evening at 9 pm, a call from a Merchant Navy official received a call that his son Balraj had died and he could come to take the dead body.
He agreed and got a visa with the passport of Merchant Navy and his nephew. Although he could not believe, he constantly tried to call Balraj, but he did not pick up the phone.

Dead body was kept in freezer
When he reached an Ireland in London, his son’s body was kept in the freezer there. Most people of foreign origin worked there. While some people were from Bengal and Kerala. It was found out that his seniors used to bother him a lot and make fun of his religion. Before this, Balraj used to be a bit upset.
But he explained to him that he should only pay attention to his work and ignore his words. After which Balraj was also settled. He told the high officials of the company about this, but no one listened to them.
Post mortem done by giving a letter to SDM
Vikram Singh reached Mohali with the dead body and the family gave a letter to SDM Mohali and appealed to get the post -mortem of Balraj Singh’s body done. On the orders of SDM, a panel of doctors of the civil hospital performed the post -mortem of the body.
He has cremated his son today and will soon go to the police and the related investigating agency regarding the matter. He will file a complaint against the officials responsible for the death of his son for taking legal action.

Balraj had complained about melting legs
Vikram Singh told that Balraj had told him that his legs were melted, because there he was worked for 36-36 hours and during this time he used to wear shoes continuously. So his legs were melted. On this, he had asked Balraj to add salt in lukewarm water and compress the feet, which will give him relief. But when he talked to the officials of Merchant Navy about this, he said that only eight hours of duty was taken in a day.
