Mithun Chakraborty has been issued a notice by BMC to construct a plot near Hiradevi temple in Malad.
Actor and politician Mithun Chakraborty has recently been issued a legal notice by the BMC (Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation). It is alleged that Mithun Chakraborty has done illegal construction on the plot in Malad. It has also been clarified in the notice that if the property owner does not get satisfied, the illegal construction will be demolished and legal action will be taken. However, Mithun has described these reports as baseless.
On May 10, the Municipal Corporation has made a list of 101 property, which are illegal. These include the plot located near the Heera Devi temple in Arangal village in Malad, which is owned by Mithun Chakraborty. The BMC alleges that 2 structures with ground plus magnine floor, a ground floor structure and 3 temporary units of 10 by 10 have been built at that place. These units also have brick, wooden straps, glass walls and AC sheets roofs, which are illegal.

Mithun Chakraborty was issued a notice on 10 May.
