Once again a big encounter has taken place in Punjab. 2 shooters of the named gang have been encountered by the Patiala police. According to the information received, the shooters had fired at the police and in the retaliatory action, bullets hit the feet of the miscreants.
Giving information, the police said that they had received secret information that the accused were riding a bike and going towards Sirhind Road, due to which the police had set up a blockade to catch them. The police signaled the accused to stop but they opened fire on the police and in retaliation the police also fired bullets which hit the feet of the accused and both were injured. Both were hospitalized. The police recovered a motorcycle, a pistol and 5 live cartridges from the accused. Many serious cases have already been registered against both the miscreants.
