Manjit Singh Rai, an organizational election in -charge of BJP Amritsar, held a review meeting of BJP’s booth election in the Eastern and Southern Assembly today. On reaching the meeting site in the Eastern Legislative Assembly, Dr. Raju, including his divisional presidents and colleagues and the Maninder Singh contractor along with his divisional presidents and colleagues welcomed Manjit Singh Rai and Harvinder Singh Sandhu on reaching the meeting site in the southern assembly.
District General Secretary Salil Kapoor, Reena Jaitley, Jaspal Singh Shantu, Mohit Mahajan, Manish Shur, Saurabh Kapoor, OBC Morcha District President Kavaljit Singh Sunny etc. were also present on the occasion.
Manjit Singh Rai said that it is mandatory to be two active members at the booth level in every division. So far, more than 40,000 people from Amritsar have become active members of BJP, which is quite commendable. He said that according to the party’s constitution, only an active member can contest any post of BJP.
