Mamta Banerjee said that if the names of real voters are removed from the voter list, then I will protest all over the world. Malpua (BJP leader Amit Malviya) is demanding my arrest. Whether you come to arrest me or shoot me, I will continue to protest against the insult of Bengali language. He insisted that this (SIR) scheme has been created by the Central Government, which has also been included to the Election Commission. We do not agree with this. He argued that it is not possible for everyone to preserve the birth certificate of parents for this process. The Chief Minister said that she would not accept any attempt to implement SIR in West Bengal.
Mamta Banerjee said that NRC is a conspiracy behind the ongoing activities of SIR. The names of about seven lakh people in Assam have been removed from the voter list, including Hindu Bengali. Notices are being sent to Cooch Behar and Alipurdar and Indian residents are being sent to Bangladesh. Not a single name should be missed from the voter list. Our two officers have received notice from the Election Commission regarding their suspension. There is no need to fear. There are eight-nine months left in the election, but the BJP has started suspending people from now on. The Election Commission is working as an agent of the BJP. He targeted Union Home Minister Amit Shah and alleged that he feels that he would be what he would say.

He said that he has not received a lump sum majority. If you feel that you will remove the names of the people from the voter list with the help of the Election Commission, then we all have been born in the house. Where will we bring birth certificate? They say that those who are 41 or 42 years old will also have to bring the birth certificate of their parents. Where is the birth certificate of Home Minister? Show me the birth certificate of your parents. The day before, he said that he would do so. Sir, the country and Bengal in which we know, all religions are equal.
