The Congress on Tuesday accused Bihar’s double engine government of destroying the law and order situation in the state and claimed that a change in the upcoming assembly elections is certain. Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge alleged that the JD (U)-BJP alliance had left no stone unturned to make Bihar the country’s crime capital.
