According to the information, when a farmer weighed his wheat sack on another fork, there was a difference in weight. The farmer informed the sarpanch of the village. The sarpanch told the market committee officials and the district administration about this.
Show cause notice issued to five firms
Deputy Commissioner Kulwant Singh, while taking immediate action, issued a show cause notice to five firms of Nangal Kala Mandi. A case of weighing 1.5 to 2 kg per sack by M / s Jagannath Surendra Kumar firm came to light. According to the rules of the Mandi Board, the firm was fined and the license was suspended.
The difference in weight was found while weighing wheat on the second fork.
