A civil court in Pune has issued summons by a civil court in Pune for allegedly disrespecting the judiciary in his upcoming film “Jolly LLB” along with actors Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi. This summons has been issued on a petition filed by advocate Vajd Rahim Khan. The court has directed the three to appear personally at 11 am on October 28.

Summons issued to the manufacturer including Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi
A Pune court has issued summons in response to a petition to actors Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi, along with the producer of the film Jolly LLB 3. The petition claimed that lawyers and judges have been incorrectly depicted in the film.
Mentioning summons seeks reply till 28 October
Civil court judge J.K. Yes. Pawar issued summons to director Subhash Kapoor, Arun Bhatia and Warsi on August 18 seeking a reply till October 28. The petitioner said that the real name of Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar is Rajiv Bhatia but he was mistakenly written by Arun Bhatia. Advocate Wajid Khan has filed a petition. He says that in the recently released film, lawyers, judges and the entire judicial system have been defamed. “We have demanded a ban on the release of the film,” Khan told reporters.The court has issued summons to the filmmaker and both actors. ”

Jolly LLB 3 team tightened legal screws
The lawyer clarified that Kumar’s official name Arun Bhatia was mistakenly written in the trial and summons was issued in the same name. However, while sending summons by correspondence, we sent it to his address in the name of Akshay Kumar. We are also filing an application in the court to improve the name. The film Jolly LLB 3 is the sequel to the previous Jolly LLB and Jolly LLB 2. The film is scheduled to release in September.
