Taking a sarcasm at Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Congress President said, ‘We should know when to say what to say. There should be unity in national affairs and focus on defeating their opponents. All leaders across the country should remain silent in matters of national security. Before speaking about this, it is better to understand what has happened. There should be no election campaign before the report of the delegation arrives. PM Modi should avoid giving election speeches. There is no need for self-praise. The whole country stands with our armed forces.
