Sabudana – 2 cups
Boiled Potatoes – 1 cup
Roasted Peanuts (coarsely ground) – 1 cup
Coriander leaves – 1/4 cup
salt to taste
Green chili (finely chopped) – 2
ginger (grated)
Cumin – 1 teaspoon
Black pepper (coarsely ground) – 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon

First of all, soak the sago in water for four to five hours. Also roast and grind the peanuts and boil the potatoes.

Take a big bowl, now mash the boiled potatoes in it.

Then take out the soaked sago from the water and put it in a bowl. Also add roasted peanuts.

Add lemon juice and salt to taste and prepare a smooth dough by mixing all together well.
