No complaint from the victim so far
No complaint has been filed in the case so far from the victim. The Bengaluru Police has registered a case taking action itself.
In August last year, a similar incident was captured on camera. A woman was teased by a person in the Konanakunte area of Bangalore. The accused cab driver was arrested two days after the incident.
According to government data shared last year, in 2023, Bangalore saw an increase in crime against women. In the crime case with women, the police registered about 3,260 cases, of which 1,135 cases were tampered with.
