Famous singer-songwriter Joe Jonas has spoken openly about his divorce from his ex-wife, actress Sophie Turner. In an interview with ‘Esquire’ magazine, Joe told that his brothers, Kevin and Nick Jonas, supported him a lot during this tough time. He also said that both he and Sophie are ready to do anything for their children Willa (5) and Delphine (3).
Joe talked about divorce
Joe said that going through divorce is not easy for anyone. He said divorce is hard, boss. This is not easy for anyone. People are very quick to judge. I just thank God that I have these people, and my family and friends are amazing.
He further said that when he goes to perform in a concert, people’s attention gets diverted from his problems or divorce for two hours, and this is what supported him a lot in this phase.

Co-parenting with Sophie
Talking about Sophie Turner and his future relationship with his children, Joe said, ‘When you are able to step out of this world after almost two years, and form a bond with your co-parent Sophie, then you feel that you can do anything for your children. I would do anything for them, and it’s a lot to deal with.
When what happened?
After four years of marriage, Joe Jonas filed for divorce from Sophie in Miami in September 2023. He had claimed that their relationship had completely broken down. At that time, the two had issued a joint statement saying that they had mutually decided to end their marriage with love and peace. They have two daughters, Willa (born 2020) and Delphine (born 2022).

Sophie’s reaction
Sophie also talked about her breakup in an interview with ‘Harper’s Bazaar’ in October 2024 and said that their separation was ‘very sad’. He had said, ‘Our relationship was very beautiful, and it was difficult.’
