Jathedar Giani Kuldeep Singh Gadgaj said that the demand of the hour is to tie the Sikh sects in one thread and unannounce on serious issues like conversion, a shared strategy should be made. He also announced that soon a special meeting would be held at Shri Akal Takht Sahib which would include representatives of various Sikh sects to combat the challenges standing before the Sikh cult.

Jathedar has also said to be called soon about the films being made on Sikhism. He said that information related to films has been shared by SGPC. No Sikh gurus can take the form of their families and martyrs. This will be fully interacted in the meeting.
Due to the statement, Dhaddiwans came into controversies
It is noteworthy that a command was issued by Shri Akal Takht Sahib on 24 August 2020 due to controversial statements related to Gurmat against Ranjit Singh Dhadatanwale. It was clearly stated in that orders that his religious conferences should be boycotted until the Dhadatanwalas appear on the Akal Takht Sahib and apologize.
Gargaj said that if Dhadatanwale is presented on Shri Akal Takht Sahib, then his point will also be heard and a concrete steps can be taken towards resolving the cult issues.
