Late in the night, the team of Municipal Corporation’s Building Department took action amid police security. This action was taken by ATP Sukhdev Sharma at the behest of Municipal Corporation Commissioner Gautam Jain. Inspector Ajay, Mohit, Naman, Mohinder and Sachin had arrived along with ATC Sharma for action.
Not taken command even after issuing notice
A notice was also issued by the corporation corporation regarding this and the Commercial Property owner in the case was also asked to take full legal action in the case. But the owner of the said shops did not prepare any valid documents. So that the said property can be declared valid.
Due to which the team took action late on Wednesday night. Explain that no record of illegally built shops was given with the Municipal Corporation. This action was implemented after the strictness done by Municipal Corporation Commissioner Gautam Jain.
