Israel ‘will have to finish work’ in Gaza ‘: Netanyahu

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said in the United Nations General Assembly on Friday that Israel would have to finish work against Hamas in Gaza. He gave a vocal speech at the United Nations despite the growing international isolation of refusing to end the destructive war in Gaza.

On Friday, when he was about to give a speech, the representatives of many countries collectively moved out of the United Nations General Assembly hall. As soon as the Israeli leader started speaking, light noise was heard in the hall.

The American delegation stayed there, which supported him in Netanyahu’s campaign against Hamas. As soon as he started his speech, some people also applauded. As Netanyahu has often done in the past, he showed a scene with a map of the field which was titled The Curses “(curse). He had traces it with a big marker. Later, he put a QR code on his suit jacket and showed a board on which he wrote a multiple choice question which he read in front of the audience.

He also repeatedly praised President Donald Trump in his political and military perspectives in the region. In an unprecedented campaign, the Israeli army also took mobile phones of Gaza’s residents and Hamas members in its possession and their speech was broadcast live via these mobiles.

Netanyahu is facing international separation, allegations of war crimes and increasing pressure to end the struggle that he has continuously increased. Friday’s speech was a chance for him to give his response on the biggest platform in the international community.
