US President Donald Trump hosted Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the White House on Monday, saying that the US has planned talks with Iran and indicated progress on the controversial attempt to get Palestinians out of Gaza. Talking to reporters at the beginning of a dinner between the US and Israeli officials, Netanyahu said that the US and Israel are working with other countries that would give a better future to Palestinians, suggesting that residents of Gaza could go to neighboring countries.

Netanyahu said that if people want to live, they can live, but if they want to leave, they should be able to leave. We are looking for countries with America which have always said that they want to give a better future to Palestinians. I think we are looking for many countries that are working in this direction. Trump, who had first refused Netanyahu when asked about the rehabilitation of Palestinians, said that the countries around Israel are helping. Trump said that we have got very good support from nearby countries, every one of them has got very good support. So something good will happen.
