Hamas says the conditions are less
The White House on Thursday confirmed that Israel had agreed to the US -backed ceasefire proposal. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu reportedly informed the families of the hostages that his government had accepted the conditions. However, Hamas has given a vigilant reaction. Reviewing the draft, the group expressed concern that the proposal does not meet the major demands. Basem Naim, a senior Hamas officer, told the Associated Press that the draft does not respond to any demand of our people, the most prominent of which is to stop the war and famine. Another senior Hamas officer, Samee Abu Juhari, told the Reuters that the conditions of the proposal reflect the position of Israel and do not include the commitment to end the war, recall Israeli soldiers or ensure adequate assistance.

Disarmament, military withdrawal and ceasefire
The plan is the latest in a series of diplomatic efforts stopped by the US, Egypt and Qatar after the breakdown of the last ceasefire in March. There are deep differences. Israel emphasizes that Hamas should be dismissed and decomposed as a military and ruling force, and all 58 people held hostage in Gaza before the war ends should be returned. On the other hand, Hamas refused to leave the weapon and demanded Gaza to end Israel’s full return and enmity permanently.
