After the match, former all -rounder Irfan Pathan trolled Pakistan without naming it.
Pathan posted on X that, just another Sunday. Team India to repeat the food gold.He did not take the name of Pakistan in his post but pointed to his continuous beating at the hands of India from the last 4 Sundays.

Earlier on 3 consecutive Sundays, India’s men’s team defeated Pakistan. First in the group phase team on 14 September. He defeated Pakistan in the Asia Cup final on 28 September in the Super 4 match on 21 September.
The Indian women’s cricket team also repeated the same story of victory over Pakistan in the World Cup. On Sunday, the women’s cricket team of the two countries was face to face at the R Premdasa Stadium in Colombo, the capital of Sri Lanka.
Like the Asia Cup, both teams did not join each other in the Women’s World Cup. India captain Hamanpreet Kaur and Pakistan captain Fatima Sana did not join hands during the toss. After the match was over, the players of both the teams went directly from the ground to their respective dressing. Hands were not joined.
