American officials are on high alert after attacks in Iran, and New York and Washington have issued a warning and deployed additional forces. The New York Police Department said that it is deploying additional force at religious, cultural and diplomatic sites across the city. NYPD said in a post on X (East Twitter), “We are monitoring the situation coming in Iran.” It said that taking extreme care, we are deploying additional resources at religious, cultural and diplomatic sites in NYC and coordinating with our federal partners. We will continue to monitor any possible impact on NYC.

The development took place shortly after the US started an attack on three nuclear installations in Iran. The Metropolitan Police Department said it was closely monitoring the incidents happening in Iran and actively coordinating with local, state and federal law enforcement agencies. The police department said, “The Metropolitan Police Department is closely monitoring the incidents happening in Iran. We are actively coordinated with their local, state and federal law enforcement partners to share information to help residents, businesses and visitors in Colombia district and monitor intelligence.”

Iran’s top diplomat on Sunday warned that America’s attacks at nuclear sites of the country would have far -reaching consequences and Tehran has all the options to retaliate. External Affairs Minister Abbas Aragchi is the first top officer to react to Isfahan, Fordo and Natanj. Aragachi wrote on ‘X’, “This morning’s events are very terrible and will have far -reaching consequences.” He said, “Iran has all the options to protect its sovereignty, interests and people in accordance with its provisions to allow the United Nations Charter and a valid step for self -defense.
