INDW vs NZW: Battle for the semi-finals between India and New Zealand, see the playing 11 of both the teams

The 24th match of the World Cup 2025 is being played between the Indian women’s team and the New Zealand women’s team at the Dr. DY Patil Sports Academy in Navi Mumbai. Where the New Zealand team won the toss and decided to bowl first. India has entered the field with one change. Jemima has got a chance in place of Amanjot. Both the teams are facing each other in a very important match of the ICC Women’s World Cup 2025 because whichever team wins here will secure the ticket for the semi-finals.

At present, both the teams have 4-4 points in the points table but India’s net run rate is 0.526 while New Zealand’s is -0.245. A win for either team could dramatically alter the pool standings.

This match is very important for both the teams. If New Zealand loses this match then its World Cup campaign will end. Whereas if India loses this match then it will have only one more chance.

India can qualify for the semi-finals even if it loses to New Zealand. But he will have to depend on England and hope that the England team beats New Zealand. After this, if India beats Bangladesh, then on the basis of more wins India will overtake New Zealand and reach the top four.
