Hosts India have announced a 23-member squad for the AFC Women’s Asia Cup. It also includes four members of the Indian women’s soccer team who were runners-up in the Under-19 SAFE Championship in Dhaka last month.

The All India Football Federation has not announced the name of the captain but veteran Ashlata Devi is likely to be given charge of the Indian team.
