A Singapore court found an Indian tourist guilty of tampering a 12 -year -old girl in a swimming complex and sending her wrong messages on Instagram. According to media reports, an accused named Pramendar (25) was arrested.
The accused on Friday accepted the allegation of molestation of the girl. According to a Singapore law, an attempt to do obscene acts from a child under 16 years of age can be jail up to 7 years and a fine of up to $ 10,000 or both.

During the court hearing on Friday, government lawyer Ashley Chin said that some extent was exploited. District Judge Tea UN Fat said that if the victim’s cousin were not present there for her safety, the situation could have been worse.
