An Indian Air Force Kiran trainer aircraft crashed near Makali village in Karnataka’s Chamarajnagar district, an IAF official said. Both the pilots including the female pilot are safe in the plane. A court of inquiry has been ordered to find out the cause of the accident.

Information has been shared on the official Twitter handle of the Indian Air Force after the plane crash. A Kiran trainer aircraft of the Indian Air Force crashed near Chamarajnagar in Karnataka today during a routine training sortie, the tweet read.
