This sloppy light, this night hurts in the morning
Whom we were waiting for, this is not the morning
Faiz Ahmed Faiz wrote in his poem. They were talking about the morning of independence. While Independence Day was a celebration for India on one side, there was a fierce partition of the country on the other hand. If you ask someone about the partition, people have many tremendous stories. Only one of them comes out of the University of WhatsApp that Pandit Nehru, Mohammad Ali Jinnah and Edwina are about Mountbatten. All three were studying together at Harris College, London. There was a love trangle between these three. Edwina then went to her husband Lewis Mountbatten and told that both Nehru and Jinnah can become Prime Minister. However, this is factly wrong because Jinnah was just 3 years old when Jinnah studied Lincoln in 1892. At the same time, Edwina was not even born. However, WhatsApp goes out of the knowledge of the university and moves towards reality. The country got independence. But what was such compulsion that the country had to be divided. Why the biggest giants could not stop it. It has been 78 years since Partition. But even today you will see people arguing whether the partition happened or wrong. Could there be really something that would have stopped this partition. Who was responsible for this? If you go to Pakistan in the way Jinnah Villain is for us, Nehru and Mahatma Gandhi are said to be wrong. Some also believe that if Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel or Netaji Bose were there, this issue would have been solved there. If there was no partition, then the bloodshed, who killed more than 10 lakh people, it would not have been. There have always been speculation and estimates about historical characters and events. What would have happened if there was a jumla of English ‘What if’ was like this? Could the country be stopped in 1947? For the last 78 years, this question has been harassing the country. In such a situation, I will put each detail in front of you. So that the next time you talk about partition in front of you, you should have the correct factual knowledge.
A date of 16 August 1946 stamped the reality of partition
The accounts of years are reduced to the pages and the figures of years are buried in the gazes. The history of Hindustan has also seen such strong leaders. Whose effects were spoken by the heads of common people. Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, Pandit Nehru, Sardar Patel and Mohammad Ali Jinnah. One date of August 16, 1946 is a similar date for the history of independence of India which has approved the reality of partition. Under the leadership of Mohammad Ali Jinnah, a section had claimed to divide India for his selfishness. Their demand was that a separate nation including Amritsar and Kolkata in Punjab, which will be built only for Muslims and will be named Pakistan. Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee’s slogan of a country, a legislation, a mark and a constitution was echoing all over the country. But the Muslim League’s Direct Action Day announcement forced the entire country to play with fire. Jinnah said that if Bengal does not get the right decision on time, then we will have to show our strength. We have nothing to do with India. We want Pakistan, whether independent Pakistan will get freedom or not. The land of Mother India was trembling with the sound of bullet and bomb. Noakhali district of East Bengal. There was a widespread slaughter of Hindus in this Muslim -dominated district. More than 6 thousand people were killed in Calcutta within 72 hours. More than 20 thousand were injured. More than 1 lakh had become homeless. It is also called Great Calcutta Killing.
What tricks should be adopted to get Pakistan seal
2 June 1947, North Kot, New Delhi: When Jinnah wakes up after the meeting, he left plain paper on the table. On that paper, rockets, tennis rackets, pictures of flying balloons were written in big letters- Governor General. It was clear that Jinnah was to become Governor General but not to India but to become the Governor General of Pakistan. After the meeting, Jinnah had left plain paper on the table, she was called by Lord Mountbatten. Mohammad Ali Jinnah was present at the meeting along with Mountbatten as representatives of Congress and Muslim League. It was obvious that by the date of June 2, 1947, Jinnah had thought about his future designation. Jinnah knew well that he could not get the post of Governor General in India. Therefore, Jinnah had raised a bloody insistence on making Pakistan to reach this chair.
Jinnah strengthened the religious agenda
Gandhiji did not want India’s partition at any cost. On the other hand there was a Muslim league which was demanding separate Pakistan for Muslims. On 24 March 1947, the British government sent the cabinet mission to Delhi with the aim of handing over power to Indians. The cabinet mission started discussion with Congress and League leaders. At that time, the Congress dominated the whole of India. Mahatma Gandhi was the biggest leader whose leaders like Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, Sardar Patel, Dr. Rajendra Prasad, Maulana Abul Kalam. On the other hand, the Muslim League had a uncountable hold on the Muslim population. Mohammad Ali Jinnah was its Supreme leader. In the 1940s, Jinnah made his political future very cleverly. He knew that he did not have a future in Congress. Because Gandhiji will never accept the communal politics of the Muslim League. He gave logic that there are majority Hindus and Hindus will win if there are elections. If the law also makes Hindus, then where will Muslims go in such a situation. The Indian National Congress is a Hindu party. Except for 6 % of the leaders, all are Hindus. Jinnah held the religious agenda firmly.
Was Gandhi and Nehru as responsible for the partition of the country as Jinnah?
According to Jinnah’s biography ‘Jinnah of Pakistan’, Stanley Walpert asked Mountbatten to give Jinnah the first chance to set up a government. According to the reference published in the BBC, Gandhi said that Jinnah should be given the first opportunity to the government to be the government in front of Mountbatten. If he accepts this proposal, then the Congress honestly openly guarantee the cooperation from him, provided Jinnah’s Council of Ministers should work in the interest of the Indian public. Mountbatten was shocked to see this proposal. Mountbatten asked Gandhi what Jinnah would say on this offer? Gandhi’s reply was that if you tell him that I have prepared this formula, then his answer would be ‘that sly Gandhi. However, this offer of Gandhi was never told to Jinnah. Yes, but it is definitely that Mountbatten had spoken to Nehru on this issue. But Nehru’s response was completely negative about this. According to Stanley Walpert’s book, Nehru was hurt to know that his Mahatma is ready to make Qaid-e-Azam the Prime Minister in his place. Gandhi understood Jinnah well. He knew how sweet such a proposal could give Jinnah’s important touch. But Nehru told Mountbatten that this suggestion is absolutely impractical.
Even after 78 years, Pakistan stuck on the theory of Hindu Muslim not one
On 15 August 1947, the British signed the Indian Independence Act at 12:00 pm in New Delhi. After several centuries, India got independence but it also had to pay its price as partition, a new country became a new country on the other side, Pakistan became two pieces on the other side, on the other side, the country was celebrated on 15 August, but it was changed on August 15 for the first 2 years, but then it was changed in Pakistan, but then it was changed to 14 August. Jinnah made Pakistan to Pakistan’s sharp partition on the pile of dead bodies and Pakistan becoming Qaid-e-Azam. But even after this, his country built on two nation theory is still stuck there. Pakistan’s General Hindu and Muslims make a gap between Hindu and Muslim. The two should be seen repeating the theory of the theory even after 78 years. They say that our ancestors believed that we are different from Hindus in every way. Our religion, custom, tradition, thinking and motives are all different. This is the basis of two state theory. We are not one, but two nations. It was only after this toxic and communal statement of Munir that terrorists in Pahalgam had massacred the tourists by asking religion.
India is writing new dimensions of prosperity, Pakistan becomes a base of terror
There is a huge difference between the two countries who have been free together. On the one hand, India which is writing new dimensions of prosperity and is moving towards becoming the third largest economy in the world. At the same time, Pakistan remains the base of terror. Three reports related to India’s economy came. India has been appreciated for the fact that the economy is doing well despite the global level uncertainty. In a report, the estimate of India’s growth rate (India GDP Growth 2025) has also been increased. A report has also come on Pakistan’s economy, stating that its growth rate is far behind the target. Pakistan’s growth rate is not halved compared to India. India remains the fastest growing economy in the world. Looking at the World Bank’s 2024 figure, India’s GDP (GDP) is close to $ 3.88 trillion, which is 10 times more than the size of Pakistan’s economy (only $ 0.37 trillion). India is miles ahead of its neighbor Pakistan on all the scales of the system. The country’s foreign exchange reserves are at $ 688 billion. At the same time, Pakistan has only $ 15 billion foreign exchange reserves and is on the verge of economic collapse.
