In the program of BJYM, External Affairs Minister Jaishankar- Wareful with those carrying a copy of the constitution, the story is very expensive for the chair

On the occasion of the completion of 50 years of the black chapter of Emergency, the Mock Parliament organized by the Congress was organized by the Delhi BJP Yuva Morcha at the NDMC Convention Center today. On this occasion, External Affairs Minister Dr. S Jaishankar and Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva lit the lamp as the chief guest. Young students from various colleges participated in the mock parliamentary. Before their address, Dr. S Jaishankar and Virendra Sachdeva visited the special exhibition on the completion of 50 years of the Emergency.
At the beginning of the program, Delhi BJP Yuva Morcha president Sagar Tyagi recalled the emergency of the Congress in the welcome address and said that it is a black chapter in the history of India. At the same time, Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva said in his address that if the mock parliament has been organized today, then one of the reasons is that the younger generation should know how the Congress government strangled the constitution and how the power of pen was stopped by the Congress government to save their chair and power. Virendra Sachdeva said that at that time only someone’s hand was cut in the greed of power, then someone was killed. Therefore, today’s generation will have to understand what is the emergency. He said that in the last 10 years, the world has seen the strength of India, among us, Dr. S. Jaishankar ji is sitting. He said that S.C.O. In the meeting of Defense Minister Rajnath Singh Ji refused to sign, the world saw the strength of India.

Sachdeva made a special appeal to Sachdeva, especially the youth who were participating in the mock parliament, that the youth is drunk in mobile nowadays, but if the same drug is towards the country, then this country will be in absolutely safe hands. So try to bring the spirit of nation to the country.
At the same time, External Affairs Minister Dr. S Jaishankar said that the opposition repeatedly says that there is undisclosed emergency but I would like to tell through all of you that it is not an emergency time nor will I be ahead, so today we all have the presence in the mock parliament here. He said that our generation saw that emergency and it is our duty to tell what we learned at that time to the generations to come forward. Dr. Jaishankar said that some people take a copy of the Constitution in hand but the spirit of the heart is something else, did the Congress ever apologize for the Emergency? Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar also told many such developments related to emergency which were shocked to the people.
He said that emergency was never a political issue, but it was an attack on the living bear of our lives and it happened only due to a family. Dr. S. Jaishankar said that there was only one reason to set up emergency in the country which is clearly written on the poster outside- the story of the chair. He said that at that time the work of making fear of people inside people was done by the police by attacking the night, whether it is a university hostel or the intersection shop. He said that all this exercise was only to break the cinematographer morals of the people and create a fear. Those who used to arrest in Emergency did not know when they would come out.
The Foreign Minister said that after winning in 1971, the government’s popularity had decreased significantly because corruption was at its peak and the government fell in Gujarat. Therefore, the government found a new way that how to create fear among the people towards the government, so they put emergency in the country. He said that even after many years of Emergency, the Congress was asked even today that if you are regretted for the emergency in the country, then no one has any reigns to it even today. In just two years, five amendments and 48 ordinances were passed in the constitution in just two years. He said that three of these changes were very important. According to the 38th amendment, you cannot go to court regarding the emergency, the 39th amendment was preventing you from going to court on the Prime Minister’s election and according to the 42nd amendment, you were going to reduce the power of the court by eliminating your fundamental right. In the Emergency, the constitution was killed in such a way that even if you die, the court cannot give you relief.
He said that an agreement was signed with Sri Lanka at the time of Emergency, after which we had lost the right to fish in Sri Lanka and that is why even today fishermen in Sri Lanka go fishing, they are caught. Therefore, we need to pay attention to six points –
First, the Democratic way in which we protested at that time and we forced that we conducted elections. In such a situation, our D.N.A. I am because the reason for the election was that the country is not accepting the Emergency.
Second, the emergency situation occurs when the family is ahead of the country and the slogan at that time was Indra is India and India is Indra. When there is a family democracy, the country’s loss is like the country had happened during the emergency.
Third- When our own people go abroad and do evil of the constitution of our own country, it is the most dangerous and we should be saved from such people.
Fourth- There is a need to improve their people because the number of people who are imparre will not allow emergency conditions.
Fifth- People should be respected by the national spirit and after the operation vermilion, people of every party went abroad and kept talks about India, it is a matter of pride for us.
Sixth- Whatever incidents happened 50 years ago do not see it as history, but it is still inside many people. Therefore, beware of those who still have no reigns on emergency.
