A woman at a civil hospital in Sangrur district of Punjab tried to steal a child, but before the people caught him. The woman was then handed over to the police.
Police have arrested the woman. The accused has been identified as sweetie resident Salem Tabor District Ludhiana. Sangrur police have registered a case under Section 137 (2) BNS against the woman. Police is investigating the matter.
While registering his statement to the police, Rohit Kumar said his child was born in civil hospital. Meanwhile, a woman was telling himself. He first started playing with the child. He then doubted him, so we turned him away from the child. He then started playing with another child.

The accused woman told the media that he was a resident of Ludhiana. Police also contacted the family. Police say no an old case has come to light.
