President Draupadi Murmu, who was on a three -day visit to Uttarakhand, became emotional on Friday (June 20) when students of the National System Divyangajan Empowerment (NIEPVD) in Dehradun performed a special birthday song on the occasion of her 67th birthday. This soulful tribute led to tears in the President’s eyes, as she was struggling to control her feelings while hearing the soulful performance of the students. Expressing his deep praise for the meeting, President Murmu said that I could not stop my tears. He sang with his heart and sang very beautifully. As part of his visit to 19–21 June, President Murmu visited the NiePVD campus, where he is scheduled to inaugurate President Niketan and participate in a series of cultural and educational programs.
