‘If you want work, you will have to sleep with me: Actress Kashika Kapoor said on the casting couch- midnight directors used to call and offer such offers

Actress Kashika Kapoor, who made her debut with the film ‘Ayushmati Geeta Matric Pass’, shared her experience with the casting couch. Kashika said that he gave several auditions, but in most cases the matter used to reach the casting couch. Some directors used to say openly that if work is needed, you will have to sleep together.

Talking in a candidate interview, Kashika Kapoor said, ‘When I came to Mumbai, I gave at least 150 auditions and I had to face rejections in all. But despite this, I never gave up.

Kashika said, ‘During this time I also got to see a black truth of the industry. Once at three o’clock in the night, I got a call from a director. He clearly said that he will give me work, but in return I have to sleep with him. I always refused this, because I used to think that after ten years when I see myself, there should be no regrets of any kind in me.

Kashika further said, ‘How many times the casting directors gave me offers, but I refused. I did not understand what these people do not sleep. What kind of people are these who make calls without thinking so late at night. However, there was only one thing in my mind that if I want to be something, I will have to work hard and today I have reached here.

According to Kashika, his mother has always taught him the same thing that never give up. So whatever power is inside them today, he has got him from his mother. Today she is a courageous girl.
