Cardamom – 4 (ground)

Cashew chopped – 10
Saffron threads – (soaked in 1 tsp milk)
Desi ghee – 4 tbsp
Sugar – 1/2 cup

How to make Sabudana Halwa

In this time the sago will swell and become soft. Now take a nonstick pan, add desi ghee to it and keep it on medium flame for heating.
