In the last 24 hours ended on Friday morning at 8:30 am, 110–110 mm of rain was recorded at Bassi in Jaipur, Sallavapat in Banswara and Vaja in Dungarpur, while Sagwara in Dungarpur received 100 mm of rain.
Several parts of Rajasthan received heavy rains on Friday and Sajjangarh in Banswara district in the eastern part of the state recorded the highest rainfall. The Meteorological Department spokesman gave this information.

Meanwhile, the highest maximum temperature in the state was recorded at 41.3 degrees Celsius in Jaisalmer, while the lowest minimum temperature was 27.8 degrees Celsius in Churu.
