On Monday, there was heavy rains in several parts in Guwahati. Due to which the roads were flooded there and due to the storm, trees were uprooted in many places.
The Meteorological Department has issued a warning of heavy rains in Kerala, Karnataka, Odisha, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura on Tuesday 29 April. But there is alert of heatwave in Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi and Rajasthan.
In Rajasthan, the temperature in all the cities except Pratapgarh and Hanumangarh was 40 degrees Celsius. Today, alert of heatwave has been issued today in 20 districts of Rajasthan and 32 districts of UP.
Whereas there is a thunderstorm alert in the states of Northeast including Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Odisha, Jharkhand. There can be winds at a speed of 40 to 60 kmph here.
According to the private agency Skyamate, from April 30 and May 1, in Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh, pre -monsoon activities such as thunderstorms, rains and hailstorms can begin.
Kaal-Baisakhi season is already going on in the eastern states of West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand and Odisha. There is a fierce storm, strong electricity, stormy winds and heavy thunderstorms with Kaal Baisakhi.
