Sweating, shortness of breath or chest pain while breathing can be any of these symptoms. At the same time, many times a person with TB does not even have these symptoms. Those who do not take care of food and drink, they are more likely to get TB. Because due to weak immunity, their body cannot withstand the attack of bacteria.

Dr. Devesh Meena told that if cough persists for more than two weeks, then see the doctor and get the sputum checked. Keep distance from sick person. Wear a mask if you are going to meet the patient. If someone around you is coughing for a long time, then stay away from him. Wash your hands after meeting a sick person. Take nutritious diet which contains adequate amount of vitamins, minerals, calcium, protein and fiber, because nutritious diet makes our immune system strong.
